Pacific Educational Group (PEG) is the developer and owner of the unique training program, Beyond DiversityTM (BD). The Practitioner Programme gives effect to PEG’s goal to enable global implementation of the Courageous Conversation™ Protocol to assist individuals and organisations to begin to successfully create equitable environments and communities across the world. The Programme provides a certification process to develop Practitioners to lead Courageous Conversations About Race and support others in their organisations to build system capacity and sustainability for racial equity transformation.
