Affiliate Practitioner Role
The role of an Affiliate Practitioner is an essential leadership position in which they will engage in deep personal development around how they live and experience race in order to support others in developing proficiency using the Courageous Conversations About Race (CCAR) Protocol TM. Certified as CCAR Practitioners, this group of leaders will support each facet of their organization by implementing healthy racial dialogue with the Compass, Four Agreements, and Six Conditions as their guide.
CCAR Practitioner Affiliate candidates will be trained to use the Protocol for Courageous Conversations About Race and embed this into their current practice and job functions. There is no curriculum license nor observation and live feedback at your site. Certified CCAR Practitioners receive ongoing coaching, support and connections at our national webinars and summits throughout the year. Certified CCAR Practitioners receive the distinction and membership as part of Courageous Conversation’s international cadre of Affiliate Educators.
